Sounds like you did good. I did about the same things when I did mine. I did it about 2 months ago and no leaks yet. Let us know how things work out but sounds like another success story.I also used red sealer looks kinda cool. One thing, I did have a bit of let over oil show up right after I did my first ride. But its a much diffrent look than the leak. This was very dark. Then no leaks. Good Luck
